IngredientsOats Mixture1. Rolled oats: 2 cups Liquid Mixture1. Honey: ½ cup Final mixture1. Chopped dried fruits (Choice one or more dried fruits such as Raisins, Apricots, Figs, Cherries): 2 Cups
MethodStep 1: Oats MixturePreheat oven to 350º F. In a no-stick cookie sheet, add ingredients 1 through 4. Mix and spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Step 2: Liquid MixtureIn a glass bowl, add ingredients 5 though 8. Microware on high for 45 second. Step 5: Final MixtureCombine Oat mixture, Liquid mixture, and chopped dried fruits. Place the mixture in a baking pan, press it down evenly. Bake for 25 minutes at 300º F. Shut off heat and remove the pan.
Yogi's Notes1. You can substitute Moong Crunch for Rolled oats. Normally, Moong Crunch is already salted, therefore eliminate salt from the Liquid Mixture. |
