What is suitable exercise to Gain weight?

Resistance training exercise is suitable and desired exercise for a weight gain program

 

You do not want to gain weight just in body fat. You need to add muscle mass. Resistance training exercise such as lifting weights help you increase the muscle size.

 

Do NOT engage in aerobic exercises (Running Stationary Bicycling). Aerobic exercise help you lose body fat (weight loss). With aerobic exercise, you may lose more weight than gain weight.
