Increase calories by using Instant dry milk nuts dried fruits
Following items are good to have on-hand to increase caloric value.
1. Instant dry milk, it can be added to any beverage to increase calories.
2. Buy or make your own nut butter. You can always make nut milk (Microwave Almond butter and milk to make Almond Milk), add to smoothies.
3. Wheat germ may be sprinkled over curries
4. Nut powders may be added to flour to make Chapati
5. Nuts, and dried fruits.
Increase calories of a cup milk by adding 1 to 2 Tablespoons of : Instant dry milk, Carnation Instant breakfast powder, Nestle's Quick, or Ovaltine
Milk shakes. Increase the calories by adding: protein powder, ground nuts, nut-butters
Nut Milks (Cook ground almonds in milk with honey; Blend almond butter, milk and honey)

Diet Soft drinks (Diet Coke, Diet Pepsi)
Garam Chai 50% water 50% Heavy Whipping cream, Spices and Honey

Yogurt and Banana: Yogurt, Carnation instant breakfast, Honey, sliced banana
Ice Cream Sundae
Sweet Rice (Zarda) Sweet Rice Pilaf with raisins, pistachios
Khichri with almonds, raisins, chopped apricots, and Butter or sour cream.
