Spicy Nachos Fusion RecipeThe Nachos are made with Indian flat bread (Roti)
IngredientsRoti1. Whole wheat flour: 1 cup Nachos Ingredient1. Olive oil: ½ cup
MethodStep 1: Mix dry ingredients to make Roti (Flat Indian bread). Add water and knead well. Gather dough in a ball, wrap it in Saran wrap. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Heat a flat heavy griddle (Tawa). Make a ball about the size of a golf ball (1½" diameter). Roll it in to a 7" diameter flat round pancake. Transfer to the griddle. Cook each side about 1 minute. You do NOT want the Roti to puff with steam. |
