Shami Burger Fusion RecipeThis recipe is based on Shami Kebab made in India with ground Goat or Sheep meat In India, normally Split Chick peas are cooked (Chana Dal) and used as one of the ingredients. For efficiency, we will use canned Chickpeas or Garbanzo beans.
Ingredients1. Ground Lamb: 2 Pounds
MethodStep 1: Mash Chickpeas. Mix all ingredients together. Knead them like dough. Let it rest about 20 minutes at room temperature. |
