Punjabi Salad Fusion Recipe

Ingredients

1. Fresh Cucumbers (with skin on) Sliced ¼" thick: 2 Cups
2. Red Onions sliced 1/8" thick: ½ Cup
3. Roma Tomatoes Quartered: ½ Pound
4. Seedless Grapes stem removed washed: 1 cup
5. Boiled Potato, Skinned, sliced ¼" thick: 1 cup
6. Slivered Almonds: ¼ Cup
7. Peppermint leaves: ¼ Cup
8. Punjabi Limaigrette Dressing : ½ cup

 

Method

Step 1: In a large Glass bowl place Ingredient 1 through 7.
Step 2: Pour dressing over the Salad and toss well so all items are coated, specially the potatoes. The potatoes may discolor if not coated with dressing. Serve, save unused portion in the refrigerator.
