Yogurt Mint Dip Fusion RecipeThe base in this recipe is similar to the bases used in making Ranch Dressing and Bleu Cheese Dressings The primary difference is in using Yogurt (Dahi) in place of buttermilk. I am using Yogurt and Mayonnaise for the base. You may use Yogurt and sour cream (equal parts) as base or Yogurt (2 parts), Mayonnaise (1 part) and Sour cream (1 part) as base.
Ingredients1. Yogurt: ½ cup
MethodMix items 1 through 10 in a mixing bowl. Wisk well. Stir in Peppermint leaves. Cover with Saran wrap. Store in refrigerator. Before serving if you see water separating, just stir again. |
