Inside Out Burgers Fusion Recipe

This is basically a regular hamburger recipe, except it is stuffed with Indian Curry spices

Ingredients

1. Salt: 1 teaspoon
2. Cayenne Powder: ½ teaspoon
3. Ginger Powder: ¼ teaspoon
4. Onion Powder: ½ teaspoon
5. Garlic Powder: ½ teaspoon
6. Cumin Powder: 1 Tablespoon
7. Contents of 1 Lipton's Dry Tomato Cup a soup
8. Ground Beef (80/20): 2 Pounds

 

Method

Step 1: Combine Ingredients 1 through 7
Step 2: Divide Ground beef in six equal parts and shape them as ball.
Step 3: Divide each ball in to 2 equal parts. Make two smaller balls. Flatten each ball into a flat round patty about 5" round. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of spice blend over one patty. Place the other patty on top sandwiching the spice mixture in between the patties. Press the patties to seal in the spices.
Step 4: Repeat step 3 for the remaining 5 balls made in step 2.
Step 5: Grill each patty 4 minutes on each side at on hot griddle.
Try with a dab of YOGIs Spicy BBQ sauce, while grilling or just a substitute for Ketchup.
