Mango Daiquiri Fusion Recipe

This is an alcoholic beverage made with flesh of ripened mangoes, Rum, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Orange juice, and powdered sugar

Ingredients

1. Ice Cubes: 1 Cup
2. Rum: 4 ounce
3. Lemon Juice: 3 ounce
4. Lime Juice: 3 ounce
5. Orange Juice: 2 ounce
6. Confectioners Sugar powder: 2 Tablespoons
7. Meat from Ripe Mango: 1 Large
Fresh Peppermint leaves


Method

Step 1: In a blender, put Ice Cubes. Add Rum. Always put Ice-cubes and alcohol first before making a daiquiri.
Step 2: Add remaining ingredients and blend till all pulverized.
Serve in chilled fish bowl type glassware. Garnish with Fresh Peppermint leaves
