Chicken Wrap Fusion Recipe

You can use readymade Grecian bread, Syrian bread, or Indian Naan to form wraps.

 

Ingredients

Chicken Filling

1. Chicken breast (skinless boneless) cut into ½" wide strips: 1 Pound
2. Olive Oil: ¼ cup
3. Turmeric Powder: ¼ teaspoon
4. Cumin Powder: 1 Tablespoon
5. Coriander Powder: 2 teaspoon
6. Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
7. Salt: 1 teaspoon
8. Cayenne Pepper powder: ½ teaspoon
9. Water: ¼ cup

Assembling Wraps

Naan: 4
Chopped Spinach: 1 Cup
Sweet & Spicy Mint Dip : 1 Cup

 

Method

Step 1: Heat a heavy bottom pan with olive oil. Pan fry chicken breast. It will take about three minutes.
Step 2: Add in items 3 through 9. Stir to coat chicken. Turn up heat and continue sautéing till almost damp but no water.
Step 3: Put ¼ of chicken on a Naan, ¼ cup of spinach and ¼ cup of dip. Fold over. Wrap is ready to eat.

Note

If want you may warm Naan in the microwave for 20 seconds each.
