Should I eat Cabbage soup?Cabbage soup diet plan is a 7 day plan to lose weight fast through a low calorie dieting I do not recommend the 7-day Cabbage soup diet. However, the soup itself is low calorie and can be a part of any weigh loss program. The basic ingredients are: cabbage carrots celery green bell peppers mushrooms and tomatoes. These are same vegetables as 'negative calorie foods' to eat raw for snacks on a diet. After cooking for two hours, I am not sure the digestibility factor still makes qualifies them negative calorie foods. Still, they remain as low calorie vegetables. Starchy vegetables such as potatoes corn and peas are avoided. Dried beans, grains, and meats are avoided. You could add broccoli, spinach, butternut squash and still remain within the objectives of negative calorie vegetables in making this soup.

I have added ginger garlic hot cayenne peppers as Thermogenic foods, Cinnamon Cloves and Fenugreek seeds are added as they mimic insulin |
