Should I eat breakfast?

You must eat breakfast within 2 hours after waking up for any successful weight loss program

The breakfast must be high in protein, fiber (whole grain, whole fruit, vegetable), and dairy.

The protein and fiber slows down absorption keeping glucose peaks and valleys in check. Glucose peaks and valleys cause hunger.

A typical breakfast may look like as follows

a) One Fruit. ½ Grapefruit is preferred if it does not interact with your prescription medication. Other choices are Orange, Blueberries

b) One hardboiled egg. This is your protein.

c) Two slices of whole grain bread or a bowl of steel cut oats

d) One cup of Green tea or coffee. Green tea is Thermogenic

e) Fat free yogurt or milk ½ cup
