How Body Detoxification relates to weight-loss?

Many of toxins get stored in the fat tissue. This is the nature's way to protect our body from the harmful effects of the toxins

.As the amount of toxins grow, so does the size of fatty tissues. This leads to weight gain.

During weigh-loss, we lose fat along with toxins. Metabolizing fat tissue also generates toxins. For a weight loss programs, the toxins need to be eliminated.

The raw fruits are a rich source of digestive enzymes necessary to breakdown foods. The vitamins and antioxidants help body organs to eliminate toxins. The fiber in the food helps elimination through feces. The water helps in the process of elimination via urine, perspiration and feces. The water recommended is either 'boiled tap water', or bottled water. Essentially, the water must be chlorine-free.

 

The body detoxification diets recommend Juice fasting and use of specially formulated colon cleanse (including herbal laxatives and enemas), liver cleanse, kidney cleanse, Candida cleanse, skin patches and foot patches to draw out toxins through the pores.

 

In my opinion, the important thing to do is to eat fresh raw fruits and vegetables on a daily basis, and drink plenty of water. You may even set one day a week, when you eat nothing but raw produce and drink chlorine-free water.
