How to freeze raw eggs? 6 months |

| You can freeze whites and yolks separately. For whole eggs, you can beat yolks and whites together
Pour the liquids in the ice-cube tray and put in the freezer overnight.
Remove from the ice-cube tray and put them in a heavy duty freezer zip lock bag. Squeeze out air as much as possible. Close the bag and store in the freezer. It will be good for six months.
If eggs are accidentally frozen in their shells, inspect the shell. If the shell is cracked, discard the eggs, otherwise keep them frozen until needed.
Always defrost in the refrigerator. |
