What is Sweetened Condensed Milk?
Condensed milk is made by reducing a mixture of fresh raw milk and corn sugar
This is made from un-pasteurized whole milk by and adding 44% refined corn sugar and then removing 50% water, exposing to Ultra High temperature and canned. The high sugar content prevents spoilage.
