How center yolk in the boiled eggs?

It has to do with gravity. if you take out your eggs from the carton and lay them on a horizontal surface, the center of gravity will start to push the egg yolk to center

The easiest way is to just put your egg carton on its side so the eggs are in horizontal position for one day before boiling them
