Do Fenugreek seeds help with breast enlargement?

Many studies have indicated that Fenugreek seeds enlarge the gland within the breast

It also makes the glands harder as they retain more water. Prepare Fenugreek tea (1 cup water, 1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek steeped for 15 minutes). Consume both the  Fenugreek seed and the tea once a day.
The Fenugreek tea may be used occasionally to help uplift the breast. Occasional use will not enlarge the glands; also, the water retention property will fade away.
