The stainless steel cookware or flatware may be washed by hand in mild soap or in dishwasher. Flatware should not be dried in the dishwasher to prevent water spots. The flatware should be dried with soft towel while it is still warm for best shine

Occasionally, use stainless steel polish to remove stains and restore the shine.
