These foods have less than 20 calories per serving. Free foods can be added to your menu outside the specified levels for your caloric intake beyond those given in Table 1 and Table 2 of daily caloric intakes. . If no serving size is specified you may eat as much as you want. Where the serving sizes are specified, you may eat 2 to 3 servings every day.
