Sabudana (Sago) Kheer Recipe

Ingredients

1. Whole milk: 4 Cups

2. Sugar: 1 cup

3. Water : 1 cup

4. Sabudana (Sago): 1 cup

5. Raisins: 1 Tablespoon

 

Method

1. Wash and rinse Sabudana.

2. Put Sabudana and milk in a heavy bottom pan. Bring it a boil. Simmer, till it is thickened.

3. IN a separate pan add sugar and water. Heat till all the sugar is consumed.

4. Add sugar solution to Sabudana. Heat to a boil. Turn down heat. Simmer till thickened. Stirring occasionally to prevent scorching

5. Stir in raisin. Let it cool.

6. Serve warm or cold
