Pista Kulfi (Pistachio Still Ice Cream) Quick Easy Recipe

Made with condensed milk heavy cream white bread and pistachios

In this recipe, we will use condensed milk which is already sweetened. This eliminates need to cook, since no sugar is added, as well ageing the mixture.. For thickness, we will add sliced white bread, again it eliminates need to cook. We will use shelled unsalted pistachios.

How to make Kulfi

 

Ingredients

1. Shelled Pistachio Nuts: ¾ Cup

2. Condensed Milk (Sweetened): 1 Cup

3. Heavy whipping cream: 2 cups

4. Ground Cardamom seeds: ½ teaspoon

5. White bread: 2 Slices

 

Method

1. Put all the items in a food processor. Process to a thick paste.

2. Fill the Kulfi molds with the mixture and seal them.

3. Fill a baby bath tub with crushed ice and salt. Put the Kulfi molds in the ice bath for about 2 hours. Remove and put the molds in the freezer for another two hours before service.

4. Dip mold in warm water for ten seconds to remove Kulfi and serve.
