Paneer Kheer (Cheese Pudding) Recipe

Traditionally fresh whole raw milk sugar nuts and chunks of Paneer are used to make this dish

I am using evaporated milk in this recipe. If you want to be authentic, use 4 cups of whole milk and reduce it to 2 cup on 180° F.

 

Ingredients

1. Evaporated milk: 2 Cups

2. Sugar: 1 cup

3. Paneer: 1 cup cubed

4. Cardamom seeds: ½ teaspoon

5. Pistachios: 2 Tablespoons crushed

 

Method

1. Add all ingredients in a heavy bottom pan except pistachios.

2. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes stirring occasionally to prevent scorching at the bottom.

3. Shut off heat. Stir in pistachios.
