IngredientsWet Mixture1. Un-salted Butter: 1 Cup 2. White Granulated Sugar: 2 Cups 4. Pure Almond extract: 2 teaspoon 5. Paneer: 1 Pound
Dry Mix1. Bleached All-Purpose Flour: 4 Cups 2. Baking Soda: 1 teaspoon 3. Baking Powder: 1 teaspoon 4. Powdered Green Cardamom seeds: 2 teaspoons Add-ins1. Pistachios Crushed: ½ Cup MethodStep 1: Wet Mixture1. Use Electric mixer. Beat butter for 30 second 2. Gradually add sugar. Beat to light fluffy mixture, about 5 minutes 3. Add eggs and Almond extract. Beat for one minute to form a smooth mixture. 4. Crumble Paneer. Stir in crumbled Paneer. Beat at low speed for one minute Step 2: Dry mixMix ingredients well. Sift Step 3: Dough1. Add dry mix to Wet mixture gradually, beating at low speed. 2. Stir in crushed Pistachios. Step 4: Baking1. Preheat oven to 350º F 2. Line a cookie sheet with Parchment paper. 3. Drop dough (one level Tablespoon) about every two inches. 4. Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cookies cool off for 5 minutes. Remove cookies with a turner. |
