Syrup1. Sugar: 1 Cup 2. Water: 1 Cup 3. Saffron strands: 6 4. Rose water: 2 teaspoons
MethodCrepes1. Make batter of flour and milk. 2. On a hot griddle, put Ghee. 3. Pour 2 Tablespoon of batter. Cook. Flip over. Cook. Both sides must be slightly brown. Repeat till till all the crepes are made
Syrup1. Cook water and sugar, till you reach 224º F. 2. Stir in saffron, and rose water. Turn off heat. 3. Wait 5 minutes to let saffron work. Stir
