You may use this as an appetizer or a condiment. From ancient times, this herb has been considered as blood and kidney purifier, cure for many digestive disorders, and a stimulant for the immune system. I and my family enjoy this recipe.
1. Fresh ginger roots: 1 cm (half inch)
2. Lemon Juice: 4 tablespoons
3. Clear organic honey: 1 tablespoon
a pinch of salt
Finely chop the ginger, put into a bowl. Now pour the lemon juice over the ginger in the bowl
Add honey and a pinch of salt. Stir well and store in a tight glass bottle
Add more honey for sweeter taste. Take one teaspoon of ginger pickle before meals to stimulate digestive juices. This recipe will yield several servings for a week. Store it in the refrigerator. Always stir it before taking your teaspoonful.
