Triphala LaxativeTriphala is an Ayurvedic herb blend that may be used to relieve occasional bouts of constipation. In Hindi Tri-phala means three fruits. Administration as LaxativeWe will use Triphala Tea Powder. Stir one heaping Tablespoon of Triphala in one cup of warm water. Let it rest for 2 hours or longer. Swallow all the contents.
