IngredientsBasic Phase1. Mangoes cubed: 2 Pound 4. Ginger 1"x1" peeled and finely chopped 6. Brown Sugar: 1½ Cup 8. Cayenne ground: 1 teaspoon 10. Cinnamon cracked: ½ teaspoon 11. Salt: 1 teaspoon MethodPut all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan. Stir. Turn on heat. Bring it to a boil. Simmer about 60 to 90 minutes or till right consistency has been reached. |
