Kachumbar RecipeYou may consider this as an Indian version of salad or relish. For salad, the vegetables are chopped fine and mixed together to let the flavors to blend. Serrano finely chopped: 2 Discard seeds and white membrane to reduce heat 5. Cilantro chopped: ½ cup Dressing1. Fresh Lime Juice: 2 Tablespoons 2. Salt: 1/8 teaspoon 3. Sugar: 1 teaspoon 4. Peanut oil: 1 teaspoon 5. Cayenne pepper ground: ½ teaspoon
MethodSaladMix all the ingredients. Let it rest in refrigerator about two hours or longer till ready to use. DressingMix the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well. Let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature. It will allow all the spices to blend in |
