Green Tikka Masala, Kebab dip |

| Green Tikka Masala is based on popular dish, Palak Paneer. Green Tikka Masala goes well with vegetarian kebabs such as Cheese kebab, Mushroom kebab.
Ingredients1. Cooking oil: 2 Tablespoon
MethodHeat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Puree onions, garlic and ginger in a food processor or a blender. Add puree to the oil and sauté till almost all the moisture is gone. The mixture may start to turn green due to enzymes present. Stir in black pepper, salt and cardamom powder. Add tomato puree. Bring to a boil. Cook on medium heat till paste starts to exude oil. |
