Cilantro Chutney for aging Recipe |

| This chutney is based on popular Green Cilantro Chutney. We have added Turmeric for Curcumin antioxidant, and Canola oil for Omega 3.
Traditional Cilantro Green Chutney
Ingredients1. Chopped Red Onions: 2 Cups 3. Serrano or Jalapeño pepper (cored, throw away seeds and white stuff): 1 7. Splenda (Sugar substitute): 1½ teaspoon 8. Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon 12. Canola oil: 1 Tablespoon
MethodBlend all ingredients well in a blender to pulverize. |
