Cilantro Chutney for aging Recipe

This chutney is based on popular Green Cilantro Chutney. We have added Turmeric for Curcumin antioxidant, and Canola oil for Omega 3.

Traditional Cilantro Green Chutney  

 

Ingredients

1. Chopped Red Onions: 2 Cups
2. Red Sweet Bell pepper (cored, throw away seeds and white membranes): 1

3. Serrano or Jalapeño pepper (cored, throw away seeds and white stuff): 1
4. Fresh Cilantro leaf: 1 Cup
5. Fresh Garlic: 8 Cloves
6. Fresh Ginger (skinned): 1 Inch

7. Splenda (Sugar substitute): 1½ teaspoon

8. Turmeric powder: ½ teaspoon
9. Salt: ½  teaspoon
10. Cayenne pepper: ½  teaspoon 
11. Fresh Lime Juice: 2 Tablespoons

12. Canola oil: 1 Tablespoon

 

Method

Blend all ingredients well in a blender to pulverize.
Keep refrigerated.
