Yogurt Chutney Dressing Recipe

The onions, peppers, cilantro, and peppermint leafs are are folded into spiced yogurt for this dressing

 

Ingredients

1. Yogurt (Dahi): 1 Cup
2. Virgin olive oil: 2 Tablespoons
3. Lime juice: 2 teaspoon
4. Ketchup: 2 Tablespoon
5. Prepared pour able mustard: 2 teaspoons
6. Sugar: 1 teaspoon
7. Salt: 1 teaspoon
8. Cayenne pepper powder (Lal Mirch): ¼ teaspoon
9. Cumin seed powder: ½ teaspoon
10. Ginger powder: ½ teaspoon
11. Finely chopped onions: ½ Cup
12. Finely chopped fresh cilantro: ¼ Cup
13. Finely chopped fresh peppermint leafs: ¼ Cup
14. Finely chopped Hari Mirch (Serrano pepper): 1

 

Method

Step 1: Combine ingredients 1 through 10, mix well into a blended paste.
Step 2: Stir in items 11 through 14.
Step 3: Chill for at least one hour in the refrigerator before serving.
