Egg-free Wheat-free teething sticks recipe

Infants should not be given eggs and wheat before the age of one year. You can make egg-free wheat-free teething sticks at home.

 

Ingredients

1. Besan (Chickpea flour): 2 Cups

2. Baking Powder: ¾ teaspoon

3. Salt: ¼ teaspoon

4. Milk: 2/3 cup

5. Ghee: ¼ Cup

6. Sugar: 1 Tablespoon

 

Method

1. Make Liquid mix. Beat sugar, ghee, and milk.

2. Make Dry mix. Mix Besan, baking powder and salt.

3. Make a mound of dry mix. Add liquid mixture little bit at a time. Knead well.

4. Let the dough rest about 20 minutes. Preheat Oven to 350º F.

5. Roll out dough about ¼" thick. Cut ½" wide 4" long Strips

6. Bake about 45 minutes.
