Sweet Potato Baby food (5 months Plus) Recipe

Sweet potatoes are the easiest to prepare as the first vegetable for your infant. They are good source of fiber, iron, potassium, manganese, Beta-carotene (Vitamin A), Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C.

Sweet potato medium size (About 8 oz): 1

 

Method

Wash the potato, but don't remove skin. Bake sweet potato in microwave oven at high for 7 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Cut it open and scoop out the soft flesh. Mash with fork.
