Rice Kanji RecipeRice Kanji is an age old recipe made at home for infants with dehydration caused by diarrhea
Ingredients1. Rice: ¼ cup 2. Water: 4 cups 3. Salt: ¾ teaspoon
Method1. Process rice in food processor to form fine rice powder. 2. Mix rice powder and water. Bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or longer to form a very thin solution. 3. Add Salt. Keep it refrigerated.
1 teaspoon every 20 to 30 minutes. |
