During pregnancy, the 'Cold Foods' have cooling effect and considered beneficial. After delivery, 'Cold Foods' hinder with recovery. During nursing, 'Cold foods' can cause infant diarrhea and digestive tract discomforts. Cold Foods include: dairy products specifically yogurt and butter milk, vegetables, fresh fruits. |
