Nutrition aspectsThe recipe combines the high protein of Soybeans, essential amino acids from Yogurt with its quicker digestibility, and essential fatty acids from Flax seeds, vitamins from fruits.
Ingredients1. Tofu: ½ Cup You may substitute Flax seed with ground walnuts or pistachios.
MethodBlend all ingredients together in an electric blender or a food processor. Store in refrigerator. If you wish, pour the contents, in an ice tray and freeze. |
