Egg Yolk Puree (8 months plus) Baby food Recipe

Egg yolk is the most nutritional item you can add to your infant's menu. Its high in protein B vitamins and cholesterol

 
Ingredients

1. Egg: 1

2. Breast milk or Infant formula or water: 1 Tablespoon

 
Method

1. Put egg in water. Bring it to a boil. Cook for about 20 minutes.

2. Remove the egg. Let it cool to room temperature.

3. Remove and discard the shell and the egg white. We will only use the egg yolk.

4. Add milk or water to egg yolk. Beat with fork to form a puree.
