Finger foodsIt is important to wean the infant away from the pureed foods. The infant needs food that need chewing. Most of the food now is finger food. Fruits are sliced Bananas, pears, peaches, watermelon. cantaloupe, Roti or Naan, Toasts.
MilkBreast milk every 4 to 5 hours, or Infant formula 24 to 31 oz Cow's whole milk 2 Tablespoons per day |
