How to store and keep warm 12 Chapati (Roti) for one hour?

For a family of four persons, you may make up to 12 Chapati and store freshly made hot Chapati and keep them warm for about one hour in a Tortilla warmer or a Pizza delivery bag.

You may choose one of the following two methods that is convenient to you.

1. Tortilla Warmer

Tortilla warmer is a round (10" or 11" diameter) mitten like storage bag made of insulated fiber. It looks like an old-fashioned quilted tea-pot warmer. You can buy Tortilla warmers on the internet. Wrap a stack of six Chapati in an Aluminum foil. 12 Chapati will make two stacks. Store both stacks in the Tortilla warmer and seal the warmer.
 

2. Pizza Delivery Bag

These bags are make of thermally insulated materials up to 2" thick to keep pizzas warm for delivery. Pizza delivery bags are sold on the internet. Buy a bag to carry one 12" pizza. remain warm. They are sold on the internet. For 12 Chapati, you need a Pizza bag to carry two of 12" to 16" pizzas. Wrap a stack of six Chapati in Aluminum foil. 12 Chapati, you will have two stacks. Store these stacks in the Pizza bag and seal it.
Do not use a bigger sizes Pizza bag, the dead space will reduce the storage time
