We will discuss traditional method of stuffing We will assume that you have: 1. Prepared the filling for one stuffed Paratha. 2. You have one ball of dough to make one stuffed Paratha.

1. Roll out dough ball to about 4" diameter as shown in Figure 1. 3. Make a ball of the 2 Tablespoons of the filling. Put it in the center. This is shown in a cross-sectional view in Figure 2. The filling is shown in blue. 4. Pull the dough to wrap around the filling forming a ball. Cross-sectional view is shown in Figure 3. The filling is shown in blue. 5. Press the filled ball by hand to about 4" diameter as shown in Figure 4. 6. Figure 5. With a rolling pin roll out Paratha to about 6" diameter. |
