Blueberry smoothie Brain food Recipe

Excellent for memory. Made with blueberries mangoes soy-milk yogurt and flaxseed meal

Ingredients

1. Frozen blue berries: 1½ Cup
3. Mangoes cubed and chilled: ½ Cup
4. Soy Milk chilled: ½ Cup
5. Low fat yogurt chilled: ½ Cup
6. Flaxseed meal: 1 Tablespoon
7. Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

 

Method

Don't thaw blue berries. Mix and blend in electric blender or a food processor for about 30 seconds.
