Smart Nut Butter (Omega 3 and Vitamin E) Recipe

Smart Nut butter is an excellent brain and vision food for all genders and age groups (children to seniors).

The recipe is formulated for high Omega 3 and Vitamin E source.

Walnuts, Flax seeds: Best Omega6/Omega 3 ratio.

Almonds: Best Source of Vitamin E

Pistachios: Acceptable source Omega 3, Vitamin E, and Lutein. Lutein helps with macular degeneration.

Vitamin E also keeps omega 3 from oxidation.

Canola oil and Walnut oils: Acceptable sources for Omega 3.

Salt is added for flavoring.

 

Omega Acids in Nuts and oils

 

Ingredients

1. Whole Almonds raw: ¾ Cups

2. Broken Walnuts raw: ¾ cup

3. Hulled raw Pistachios: ½ cup

4. Salt: ¼ teaspoon (optional)
5. Canola Oil: 2 Tablespoon

6. Walnut Oil: 1 Tablespoon

 

Method

1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Puree it to a desired consistency. Add more Canola oil for smoother texture if desired.
2. Transfer the contents to a clean jar with tight lid. Store in the refrigerator.
