| This is supposed to soothe your throat, if you are down with a cold.
Ingredients1. Water: 2 Cups 2. Milk: 4 Cups 5. Cracked open Green Cardamom pods: 4 6. Whole Black peppercorns: 6 8. Tulsi (Basil leaves): ½ Cup MethodAdd all the items in a pot. Bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for half an hour. Let it cool. Remove tea bags. Don't remove the spices. Strain the tea mixture before serving. Put in a jar and tighten the lid. Keep it refrigerated. Heat on stove top or microwave before service. |
