Papaya Smoothie RecipeIngredients1. Papaya cubes: 1 cup Choose ripened Papayas. Remove and discard skin and seed. Cube the flesh 2. Banana slices: 1 Cup Remove and discard skin. Slice Banana flesh into ¼" thick slices. 3. Frozen orange juice: ½ Cup 4. Dahi Yogurt: 1 cup 5. Lime juice: 1 teaspoon 6. Sugar: 1 Tablespoon
Method1. Freeze Papaya cubes and Banana chip in freezer for about 4 hours. 2. Combine all ingredients and blend smooth. |
