Mango Smoothie Recipe

 

Ingredients

1. Mango cubes: 2 cups

Two Medium sized Mango peeled, stone removed and cubed flesh

2. Dahi Yogurt: 1 cup

3. Lime juice: 2 teaspoon

4. Sugar: 3 Tablespoon

5. Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon

 

Method

1. Freeze mango cubes in a freezer for about 4 hours.

2. Combine all ingredients and blend smooth.
