Banana Smoothie Recipe

Smoothie made with Banana Soy milk Honey and Lime juice

Ingredients

1. Over ripened Banana slices: 1 Cups

Remove and discard skin. Slice Banana flesh into ¼" thick slices.

2. Soy milk: 1 cup

3. Lime juice: 1 teaspoon

4. Honey: 1 Tablespoon

 

Method

1. Freeze Banana chips in freezer for about 4 hours.

2. Combine all ingredients and blend smooth.
