Indian spiced brewed coffee latte recipeCoffee is brewed same as the spiced tea with fewer spices, cream and sugar
We will discuss this recipe as a concept for fusing Hot American coffee brewing with Indian Garam Chai making. It involves three phases:
1. You can buy many different type of pre-ground roasted beans in the grocery stores. Choose Arabica beans that are Dark or Double roast. This will give you the maximum coffee flavor.
Ingredients1. Green Cardamom pods: 6
MethodStep 1: In a coffee grinder, grind the cardamom pods with the skins. Add ground coffee beans and grind again. Do not over grind. This is done just to mix coffee and cardamom together. Now you have 'spiced ground coffee beans' |
