Indian Cold coffee Recipe

A cold coffee latte beverage in India made with instant coffee, milk, sugar, and cream

Don't confuse it with Iced coffee or frappe. This is unique of India, made with instant coffee.

Ingredient

1. Cold regular milk: 1 Quart
2. Instant coffee powder: 2 Tablespoons
3. Heavy whipping cream: ¼ Cup
4. Sugar: 3 Tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
6. Ice cubes: 2 Cups

Method

Step 1: Mix and blend all ingredients except ice in an electric blender for about 30 to 40 seconds
Step 2: Add Ice cubes. Blend another 30 seconds.

You can make coffee an experience for yourself and your guests. Be creative, simple ideas can go a long way.
1. Garnish coffee by grating a part of dark milk chocolate, or a pinch of instant powdered coffee.
2. Top coffee with whipped cream
