Angoor (Grape) Sharbat Recipe

Syrup made white grape juice honey, and flavored with orange cardamom and cinnamon

 
Ingredients

Angoor Syrup

1. Orange zest: 3"x½"

2. Green Cardamom seeds: ¼ teaspoon

3. Clove: 4

4. White grape juice: 6 cups

5. Honey: ¼ Cup

6. Cinnamon stick: 1

 
Method

Angoor Syrup

Add all ingredients in a heavy bottom pan. Let it come to a near boil. Let it steep for ten minutes. Let it cool to room temperature. Strain to remove all spices. Put in refrigerator.

Serving

Mix one part Angoor Syrup with 3 parts water or club soda. Serve on Ice.
