Pop Sorghum Jowar Crunch Recipe

Just like making pop-corn, you can pop Jowar (Sorghum)

 

Ingredients

1. Canola oil: 1 teaspoon

2. Jowar (Sorghum grain): ¼ Cup

3. Salt: ¼ teaspoon

 

Method:

1. Heat oil in a skillet with a tight fitting lid and a handle. Make sure oil comes to almost smoking point,

2. Add Jowar. Cover. Turn down heat. Shake the skillet still on heat till the popping stops. Turn off heat.

3. Sprinkle salt. You may also use cayenne pepper and Amchoor.
